Can I change or cancel my order?

At Jadeite Craft, we are committed to helping you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once payment is successful and the order is confirmed, we will ship it immediately. This means we only have a short window to "catch" your order before it's actually picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Please send an email to service@jadeitecraft.com as soon as possible with the subject "Cancellation" and include your full name and order number. We will let you know what we can do for you!

What is your return policy?

We're sorry you didn't love your new product! We want you to enjoy using Jadeite Craft as much as possible, which is why we're here to help. Just send an email to service@jadeitecraft.com within 30 days of receiving your package with your order number, product name, and the reason why the product didn't work for you. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping/handling fees, and we do not offer exchanges for any products. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for all returned orders. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, an unclaimed order, or any other error on your part, we will charge you for shipping before resending or refunding the order. Jadeite Craft only accepts returns for products purchased on our website (www.jadeitecraft.com).

Can I exchange the product?

Within 30 days of purchase, please email service@jadeitecraft.com with your order number and full name, and we will be happy to assist you!

One of the items in my order was damaged in transit! What should I do?

How long will it take to receive my refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

What if my package is lost?

While it is rare for a package to be considered lost, a full refund is always available if the buyer purchased shipping insurance at checkout. A package is considered lost if it is not delivered within 60 days. In this case, you must contact us within 30 days and we can reship or refund your order.

Tariffs

In some cases, your destination country may charge VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties, and/or customs fees. These additional charges are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot determine these charges in advance as customs and tax policies vary widely from country to country. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office. We will not refund shipping costs to customers who refuse a package upon arrival due to unpaid duties. Customs clearance procedures may be required; in such cases, delays may occur, affecting our original delivery times. Delivery services may extend the delivery time of an order indefinitely due to circumstances beyond our control.
