Can I change or cancel my order?

At Jadeite Craft, we are dedicated to helping you receive your order as quickly as possible. We ship immediately after successful payment and order confirmation. This means that we only have a short window of time to "catch" your order before it's actually picked, packed, and prepared for shipping. Please email service@jadeitecraft.com as soon as possible with "Cancellation" in the subject line, including your full name and order number. We will let you know what we can do for you!

What is your return policy?

We're sorry you didn't love your new product! We want you to enjoy using Jadeite Craft as much as possible, and that's why we're here to help. Simply email us at service@jadeitecraft.com within 30 days of receiving your package with your order number, the product name, and why the product isn't working for you. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping/handling fees, and we do not offer exchanges on any products. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all returned orders. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, an unclaimed order, or any other error on your part, we will charge you for shipping before resending or refunding your order. Jadeite Craft only accepts returns for products purchased on our website (www.jadeitecraft.com).

Can I exchange the product?

Within 30 days of purchase, please email service@jadeitecraft.com with your order number and full name, and we will be happy to assist you!

One of the items in my order was damaged in transit! What should I do?

Oh no, we are so sorry to hear this! Please send an email to service@jadeitecraft.com with your order number, full name, and images of the damaged item and we will be happy to assist you!

How long will it take to receive my refund?

You should receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

What if my package is lost?

It is very rare for a parcel to be considered lost. A full refund is always available if the buyer purchased shipping insurance at checkout. A parcel is considered lost if it is not delivered within 60 days. In this case, you must contact us within 30 days and we can reship or refund your order.

Tariff

In some cases, your destination country will levy Value Added Tax (VAT), other taxes, customs duties, and/or customs fees. These additional charges are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to determine the exact amount of these charges due to the wide variation in customs and tax policies across countries. Please contact your local customs office for any inquiries. We will not refund shipping costs for customers who refuse a package upon arrival due to unpaid duties. Customs clearance procedures may be required; in such cases, delays may occur, affecting our original delivery times. Delivery services may extend order delivery times indefinitely due to reasons beyond our control.
